Ad-hoc Servicing

Accordial offer a one-off service visit for those customers that need their wall systems serviced on a 'need to have' basis. Call our Sales team when your equipment reaches a scheduled maintenance date or is faulty.

Service Contracts

Regular servicing of your movable wall or sliding folding door partition is part of your responsibility as a building owner/operator. All our service contracts include regular maintenance visits, during which our engineers will inspect, clean, lubricate and adjust all mechanisms and components in accordance to the service package you choose.

We regularly receive enquiries from building managers and operators about acoustic movable walls or sliding folding partition systems. Health and Safety Law and Legislation

Health and Safety legislation requires you by law to regularly maintain your movable wall system. This includes inspection, testing, adjusting and lubricating parts where applicable, whilst carrying out any minor repairs to any defects. Additionally, you will need to keep a suitable service log as evidence that the system is being properly and regularly maintained and will show when services and repairs were carried out.

Bogus Engineer Information

Only Accordial engineers are accredited to work on Alco Systems (previously Alco Beldan) and Brockhouse movable walls or sliding door partitions.
