Bogus Engineer Warning

Be Alert For Bogus Engineers and Rogue Traders

Only Accordial engineers are accredited to work on Alco Systems (previously Alco Beldan) and Brockhouse movable walls or sliding door partitions.

These movable walls or sliding doors were manufactured at our factory in Loughborough, UK, and we want to ensure our customers receive the best possible after-care service, whether that is for servicing, repairs or operator training.

Unaccredited businesses may call you offering to service our partition systems. These engineers are untrained in the dynamics of our movable walls and sliding doors and will regularly use substandard or fake parts that won't function properly and can cause damage that will not be covered by your guarantee.

Please visit the Accordial Group of Companies homepage,, for more information about our accredited companies.

No other company in the UK has access to our genuine direct replacement parts or mechanisms.

In some instances, customers have told us that these visits actually ended up costing them more in the long term due to over-exaggerated repair costs.

Someone else's major repairs are our minor repairs which can be carried out during a service visit!

Beware of cold-callers, always ask for Accordial

At Accordial, you are always assigned an Account Manager. If someone else calls you to discuss your movable walls or sliding doors, check they're from Accordial. Dealing With Bogus Engineers
