Opportunity to join the leading manufacturer and installer of Acoustic Movable (operable) Walls in the UK.
Due to a growing order book, Accordial Wall Systems seeks to strengthen their contracts management team with the appointment of a Contracts Manager based at their offices in Watford.
The company works primarily in the commercial sector on projects with hotels, conference centres, offices and education establishments installing movable/operable walls and associated acoustic products.
You must be currently working in contracts management in the construction industry for a specialist subcontractor, within easy commute of Watford. Specific experience of this niche sector is preferable but not essential.
You will be experienced in the fundamentals of contractual process with a problem-solving attitude and strong communication skills to deal with a broad range of clients. You will be expected to work both with our internal office staff and the staff in our factory in Loughborough. You will receive training in our systems and processes, although must be able to work on own initiative and effectively manage your time. Regular visits to sites within London & the South-East region are a key part of the role.
Successful applicants must have high Quality and Health and Safety management skills, with the ability to deliver an assigned portfolio of projects to set budget and timescales.
Relevant IT skills across the Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word programs are essential and competence in AutoCAD an added advantage.
Full driving licence is required.
Salary is negotiable according to experience, with option of car allowance or company car offered as part of package.
